1. Except yourself. Unless you can except the way your are and why other people want top be friends with you then you wont go far.
2. Be confident. Everyone else believes you can do this so why not believe in your self for once; don't beat your self up saying you can't do because you can.
3. Take up some sports. It doesn't have to be much but just one sport you can play 3 times a week is perfect to help getting fitter and healthier too.
4. Walk to places. Weather its school or to a friends house, you can always walk or cycle there, but remember its your safety what is more important than anything so ALWAYS have a friend with you when you are doing this.
5. No one is perfect. You may think everyone in a magazine is beautiful but fact is most of them isn't as beautiful as they look. Think about it all of them have to following strict diets were they are better of not eating at all and still when they are published in mag's they have been through a picture editor hundreds of times so they look like they are half dead.
